We’re so excited to finally share our makeup party with you all. We had a fantastic group of vendors who came together to make this shoot possible. When brainstorming, we wanted to showcase a color palette that isn’t ‘typical’, a dreamy, blush, hazy, purple-esque color scheme with glitter and sparkle; a subtle “wow factor“. We wanted to create a fun night with girlfriends, and the opportunity to learn some new tips and tricks for their daily and weekend makeup regimens.
Guests were greeted with delicious drinks and apps provided by Brick Alley Pub, had the opportunity to mingle and relax and then enjoy a hands-on makeup lesson with professional makeup artist, Jennie Kay Plumb of Jennie Kay Beauty. Jennie taught the guests simple makeup how to’s, went through and discussed products in their personal makeup kits, and offered suggestions for additions or alternatives to their current collection. The girls received party favors from France Luxe, and received Bdellium Professional brushes to take home as well. Jennie’s newly launched cosmetic line, Jennie Kay Cosmetics, was available to guests for purchase at the party.
