I have not been able to Blog in way too LONG!! We have been very busy at the beauty parlour and at home this season. The season started off fabulous!I had baby Benson on May 17, 2011 and naturally as the mommy he is the most gorgeous baby EVER! All you mommy’s out there understand! Four weeks after Benson made is his long anticipated arrival, I was back to work with my Incredible brides. We have worked with amazing vendors at some of the most beautiful venues the state has to offer this year. We are very lucky! The wedding season is still in full swing for us at the parlour until the end of October, however we are still taking our cut and color clients during the week. We are now offering online booking (I am so excited for this!!! ) It has been tough trying to find our new balance at the salon and at home. We thought online booking would be a great way for our clients to view my schedule and place themselves where they fit best. It saves time, and we are no longer playing phone tag! Another new addition to the beauty parlour is Jessica. We are so excited for Jessica’s weekly visits to the parlour. She has been coming in to help tackle our emails, and we could not have anyone more perfect for our brides. Jessica is a wedding planner! YAHOOO! Jessica owns Jessica Castiglia Events, where she does month of, week of and day of wedding coordination. Jessica took the raines at our wedding or Plumb Picnic I should say, and tornado warnings and ALL, we didn’t have a worry in the world on that day. Overall we could not be happier with the direction beauty parlour has taken this year. We hope to see you soon in our chair!
